About Me - Neil Roberts L.ISP CDCDP

My sales career has spanned over 35 years and has seen me working with customers from sole traders, through to the largest technology companies in the world. I have worked with organisations in education, healthcare, manufacturing, military, government, SMEs and large corporates. I have developed key transferable skills that can be applied to many industries and markets.

Over the last 10 years I have had experience managing business activity across Europe, Middle East and Africa into the top global technology companies such as Google, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce, Digital Realty and Equinix.

I have worked for manufacturing companies, systems integrators and distribution. This has given me an end-to-end view of the supply chain and have acquired knowledge of the unique challenges and issues in each sector.

I have led sales teams, providing coaching and development on a business and personal level. I have been successful in delivering results in fast paced, demanding environments. I am focused on the highest client satisfaction and delivering profitable results.

I have gained international sales experience in EMEA, APAC and USA, including 6 years living and working in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This has given me a strong understanding of cross border trading issues and cultural challenges surrounding successful international sales.

My consultancy approach is to keep things simple. No one needs long, overly complicated documents or presentation slides. You can read more about my approach on the 'My Philosophy' page.

I have been recognised in the 'Leader' category by the Institute of Sales Professionals and I am a member of the Federation of Small Businesses. I also offer mentoring services as part of the government 'Help to Grow' Management Training Course and have been trained by the Association of Business Mentors

I am married with 2 grown up children, 2 step children and 4 grand children keeping me on my toes! I have lived in Yorkshire for about 9 years, having married a Yorkshire lass! We share our home with two crazy Working Cocker Spaniels, and we enjoy long walks in the local area with them.
