My philosophy

Recognised in the 'Leader' category by The Institute of Sales Professionals, my engagements are always within the ISP FAIR ethics framework:

  • Follow the rules - ensuring diligence and governance
  • Appropriate solution - not overselling , but proposing the right solution to the right customer
  • Integrity - doing what is right even when no one is watching
  • Raise the bar - improving the performance of the company and individuals within it

My aim is to keep things simple. I won't over-complicate things with an 80 slide presentation! By listening carefully and understanding what is important to you as a business owner, I will take three simple steps:

Assess

Spend time with the business leaders to understand how your business operates and gain an appreciation of the financial health of the business. Find out what makes you and the company 'tick' and understand what the objectives are for the business. 

Plan

Develop a plan , that is not overly complicated, but is simple to deliver. Develop a sales strategy that will meet the business strategy and objectives. A plan that all areas of the business can embrace and support.

Execute

Deliver the key messaging to the team , working alongside them in the execution of the plan. Have team members take ownership of their elements of the plan and reap the rewards of success as result.
